All I'm wondering is: why the heck did not anybody see a Boeing crash into the pentagon? Are there any eyewitness reports that support this claim at all? Hook me up with links.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Searchers on Friday found the flight data and cockpit voice recorders from the hijacked plane that flew into the Pentagon and exploded, Department of Defense officials said.

The two ``black boxes,'' crucial to uncovering details about the doomed flight's last moments, were recovered at about 4 a.m., said Army Lt. Col. George Rhynedance, a Pentagon spokesman.

Rhynedance said the recorders were in the possession of the FBI, and that officials from the National Transportation Safety Board were providing technical assistance in reading any data they contain.

Dick Bridges, deputy manager for Arlington County, Va., said the voice recorder was damaged on the outside and the flight data recorder was charred. But he said the FBI still was confident the data can be recovered from both.

Bridges said the recorders were found ``right where the plane came into the building.''




...DNA identifications for Flight 93 victims were sent to the Somerset County Coroner's Office for release. The Department of Defense released identification of Pentagon victims. All but four who worked in the Pentagon were identified. AFIP identified all but one of the passengers of Flight 77.

Is there some doubt among conspiracy theorists that a plane hit the Pentagon on 9/11? If there was, I wouldn't think hose photos would convince the skeptics. Most of the pics could be shot of wreckage anywhere, and the two or so photos that include both debris and the Pentagon would have been easy to photoshop, especailly compared to all the other fakery that must have already been used.

If only the government release video footage I am sure the pentagon always has had more cameras than anywhere on earth. It's one of the most important buildings in the US so I am sure they must have video footage. I read they even confiscated videos from near by gas stations.

Why not show it to the public? They more secrets they keep, the more people guess.

They do have footage of the plane hitting the pentagon. I saw it either that day or day after on cnn. Right after they showed it though the government took the film.

oh give me a break dude.. that plane isn't even 1/3rd the size of a jet airliner.. It would have maybe gone through 1 set of walls but not 3 rings of buildings like the the crash did at the pentagon.

Size does not matter in this cause, there are missiles much smaller and can do just as much damage. Have you ever heard of a hellfire missile? You can arm these UAVs with warheads....... And from the video I just saw, you can't see much of the plane at all. If the video had sound, you would be able to tell for sure. All passenger planes make allot of noise and can be heard from far away.

It has been noted that flight 77 totally disappeared off the radar screen over Ohio. How can a passenger plane get off radar? The US has the best rader tech in the world.

Maybe it landed and all the passengers were murdered and the plane was destroyed.

I actually had to rub my eyes and check the date of this thread. I watched the plane hit the pentagon on CNN. That video footage wasn't a secret, they replayed it over and over and over again.

they had the scene cleaned up asap and had everything removed, all footage gone and remember this was a fuel filled plane, nowhre near the damage of the towers, just a hole.
