i think its a cool idea (and nice that its free) it's something that visitors will hang around for a while on refreshing the pages.
I think the actual refresh link is the only problem with the site
I would put a link underneath or above the image saying something like 'refresh to see another pic'Comment

Are all those pictures sponsor provided content, or from sets that you've bought and have the license to use?
The site is nice and all but if it's not legal then you're asking for trouble.
Once you clear up the above issue....why not get a rotating banner script from www.hotscripts.com so that your visitors don't always see the same banners after each refresh.
Another tip is to better optimize images...I saw one that was 175kb. Of course that won't be a problem once you buy some pictures since content providers usually include "web-ready" images.Comment

yes, you need to use licensed content number 1.
number 2, you should make the images work for you to help filter the traffic, by creating a link from each image to a certain niche, and adding an alt descriptive tag to each image.
a little more work, but you want to make the images work for you as opposed to just wasting BW, which will happen when a guy just sits there and refreshes all afternoon.

Not to be a dick......but since you haven't posted again in your own thread, I have to assume you don't care that your website is displaying copyrighted images illegally.
I shoot my own content for one of my paysites so content theft is something that I won't let slide.
An easy solution would be to sign up with a bunch of sponsors that have free content and use that instead. (Just be sure to use that sponsor's banner along with their images - don't mix content and sponsors. They don't like that.)

I've thought about doing something like that on one of my sites for a while now. This far, I've been to lazy, but I might get off my ass and do it.
revulsion, you know I like the site, because I have it linked on one of mine, but these fellas are right about the copyrighted content issues. If you change that, you'll be on the safe side with it for sure. It might be some added work, but sometimes the effort is worth it.Plugrush - Push ads, native ads, banners & pops.
