they dont get that much, there is a mutual understanding with supposed "thousand dollar sigs" (which im sure some are) sponsor says they are gonna pay thousands for free marketing and the gfy poster looks like he must know wat he is doing because people are throwing money at that person.

I don't know about you.... but I look at threads and posts more than I look at the banners at the top.
Sure, I see them... check them out occassionally... but I see hundreds of posts every day.
Therefore... my eyes will go over many many sigs more than they will ever go over the banners at the top.

I personally don't see these high prices lasting more than 3 to 6 more months...If that. I still expect that sigs will sell but the value will almost surely fall out of them soon.

I'm selling my sig this time to see how it goes but I do usually make good money from it....not thousands but I think sigs are worthwhile if the user is posting and not an idiot about everythingComment
