LOL! Yes, it's very small - about 2300 sq feet (I moved from almost 4K sq feet so the Salvation Army liked me A LOT). It's a log cabin and I live in a resort in the mountains. Almost all the houses have metal roofs.
Of course, the drawback is that you can't put a sat dish on one and end up with it in your yard - oy!
No wood stove, though I'd love one. I might retrofit one in later. No well - the lake I live on is the water source for the community and we have several pumping and treatment stations in the 800 acres we have here
