My "point" is that it's a stupid question to even ask unless you're just around here for the post count.. Do you honestly think we would allow someone like that to walk around? U R making more sense now. I don't think the question is stupid. Maybe you don't have enough on him to put him in jail but if there is even an ounce of a possibility that his kids could be in harm's way, they should be removed by social services, or by whatever agency in Canada that deals with stuff like that.
