I have to disagree with you on that one. When the first people on the block popped in with $2 a gig hosting, I called them on the phone to find out if they were going to host me on a cable modem in their friends basement
Because every other host around was charging $5 GB.
He told me the reason everyone else was charging more was because they were still locked into bandwidth contracts that they signed the year before, and he dropped his prices because he just got out of his old contract.
Just because it costs more doesn't mean its better, and just because the big boys aren't using it doesn't mean its not any good.
