heh, that pretty much sums it up. The only bad "solid" thing I have against them is quite of lot of their bandwidth is oversold, in that latency and throughput goes to the shitter if coming from some providers.
I won't touch them with a 10 foot pole myself, but as long as a provider who uses them has enough non-cogent bandwidth via BGP or whatnot, I don't see too much of a problem.
