But anyway, I don't know (I think you are from QLD?) but it is actually a good thing that some people have come out, and I don't really consider it crazy mob justice. People of 'Middle Eastern Appearance' have destroyed Cronulla beach, and obviously neither the politicians or the police have done anything over the years to stop it. In typical fashion most White Australians just kept their mouth shut and went elsewhere when they were harrassed, so the Police had no reason to even care about what was going on. It is, in my opinion, good to see young Aussie men get out there and stick up for themselves, their families, their women and their lifestyle.

This is long over due. These losers dont even go to the beach to swim. They just hang around and cause trouble. And they are amazingly tough when it is 20 verse 1, but now there are reports they are hiding behind police for protection. Funny how the tables turn.

oh I'm all for the gang members getting some of their own back, but who says the one or two guys copping it so far had ANYTHING to do with it? they're obviously not in a big group with knives and bats could just be poor holiday makers. Although it must be said that locals at any beach suck and might be almost as much to blame.. I've had a local moron try to spear me with his surfboard because I was only visiting and therefore "stealing" the dope smoking dole bludging loser's waves.

I think it's a good thing to see people stand up to bullies. But it's tainted with media hyperbole, talkback racism and copious amounts of alcohol at the moment. I would have preferred to see families and the full community "reclaim" the beach not drunken local yobbos. Still.. will be interesting to see the fall out.

Yeah, must be nice to live in Queensland. They aren't fucking gangs, what a joke. They are a bunch of young wogs, like 99% of young lebs that go to the beach they are there to stir shit. This whole gangs shit was an attempt by the media to try and make it look like a few individuals, and not the generally lack of respect 99% of these 'Middle-Eastern' individuals have for Australian men, women and children.

Young Lebanese men in Sydney quite simply have no respect for Australia or Australians. You may not realise it sitting in your house up there, but every Australian dealing with them down here does. The cultural differences are enormous, and like it or not it is a race thing, not because the media and the yobs turned it into it, but because Lebs see themselves as Lebs, and they don't identify with or respect Australians.

I should add that I don't think this is the solution to the problem. But that said, it is atleast a step for one community to actually try and grab back what is theirs. The only true solution can come from the Government, and it is quite clear that the Government lacks the courage to actually admit multiculturalism is a failure, and ultimately not a positive thing, and that if it is truly meant to protect the interests of Australia it would prevent such huge immigration into the country of such vastly different people. For in the end, the result (whether they are Lebanese, or Chinese, or Korean) is that people form their own communities, their own areas, etc and ultimately divide the country.

What these Australians are doing in Cronulla is echoing 90% of Australians opinions on this matter, and there is no doubt millions of Aussies are watching the news and cheering them on. To be honest I am proud of them, rather than the French who sat quitely while their cars went on fire for 17 days (or something like that straight) at least these guys have got out and stood up. And as one of them yelled on TV 'This is what our grandfathers fought for, for us to enjoy. We do not need some Lebs taking it from us'.

Actually I never thought anyone agreed with my opinion about the Mossad having knowledge prior to 9/11. But ofcourse it is a totally ridiculous conspirarcy for an agency who has at it's slogan (according a former Mossad agent) 'Through deception thou shalt do war' to not tell a country about an attack that might gain them worldwide support. But anyway, I know of stormfront, but don't visit it, or know anyone from it (nor have I). I do however know hundreds of Australians from all walks of life, most of which are educated individuals who, yes, did originally come from the Western suburbs.

Let me make it clear to you as well, you seem like a reasonable guy, it is not that I or others support the indiscriminate attacks, but at the same time the few attacks that did occur are not enough to disregard the fact that 5-7 thousand Aussie men and women came out and said something for a change. When I said I was proud, that was what I was proud of, I honestly did not care for the few attacks that did occur (they are nothing in comparison to what has happened to cronulla over the past few years).

That said though, having high moral ground will only get you so far. For years we've 'had the moral high ground', can you please tell me what it achieved? After 17 days of burning cars in France the French have now vowed to help these people find jobs, etc. Is it something I support? No. But did it achieve something? I guess it did. To most Australians (at least judging from my position, and no that is not from some bogan trailer) it was an overall positive event, because it was something that most (like yourself) have been feeling for years. And I honestly do think most Australians feel the same way (and judging on comments from people I know from all walks of life, computer programmers, police officers, engineers, factory workers, etc) I believe that is a valid opinion. Perhaps in your suburb opinions are different, but in Sydney at least there is significant support for the event that happened today, regardless of the few mishaps.
