                                      Hotmail and yahoo sucked ass for a long time. Everything would end up in my trash bin or bulk folder. They lacked any real competition so they had no need to innovate or improve. They more than likely have by now though.

                                      Main reason's for me.
                                      1. It was quick money on ebay early on.
                                      2. I could get the name I wanted at gmail which I could not get at hotmail unless I wanted name25562 or something to that effect.

                                              I like Gmail.. I like having all my email saved online so I can access it from anywhere.

                                              They have a nice setup, and it works pretty well.

                                              I do NOT particularly like any of the webmail clients I have tried on my server for email.

                                                                                                                                                              I use it because it filters ALL spam it gets and never gets those 1000 daily fucking webmaster@ random spam from people on this board running bots collecting addresses.

                                                                                                                                                              Since my outlook has crashed I have been much happier being forced to use GMAIL until I fix outlook, at this rate, I may never fix outlook on purpose.


                                                                                                                                                              gmail has a very simple to use interface and also advanced features, it's got a huge storage database and also loads fast. Yahoo is slow, doesn't always get it's messages and is plagued by nigerian scam letters on an hourly basis. Hotmail is slow and always filters out the good stuff and lets the spam reach the inbox.
