Asian4you cash program closing

Just saw the mail

Didn't promote them that much, but had one member for 17 months.

"Dear Webmasters, It has been almost 4 years since Asian4you was launched into the Internet with our goal to be one of the best Asian sites. We feel that the goal has been reached and the fun and excitement in running the website have become less and less. This leads us to the point that we must look for a new opportunity, new kind of site, new partnership outside Asian niche market. Therefore, we are really sorry to let you know that we will close Asian4you. The last rebilling date as well as the last new signup day will be December 15, 2005. We will take our tour and joining pages off. That will make your links to asian4you broken. So, please remove or change those links on your websites on December 15, 2005. However, Asian4You's member area will be closed on January 15, 2006. Thank you very much for your support since we started Asian4You. It has always been our pleasure doing business with you guys. no reason to doubt it... they're probably just too lazy to update..

Their reason is weak, but, I guess they can do what they want... they don't 'owe' us anything...

I think they "owe" a better explanation of why they are closing their affiliate program up . Considering its the affiliates that made them who they are now.

No the reason is NOT because they are too lazy to update , man do u have a clue how much that program makes ??? You have to be really stupid ass
to close a successful program just cause you don't want to update it anymore .

Anyways sometime next year supposeably their sites are going DOWN .
So that would mean no rebills even on their end

maybe he will close the site and mail old members with a reduced price to rejoin on another domain and keep all the money himself. Sounds strange not to sell the site. I feel sorry for the guys with lots of rebills

Their explanation makes me think something is rotten in Denmark...

My guesses are that A4U is pulling some sort of scam, or their 2257 records are not up to code.

In any case, that really sucks, and I would think long and hard about supporting any future program they roll out.

They don't owe us anything -regardless of affiliates 'making' them.
(even though in this case, I'd argue that it's the content that made them rather than the affiliates)

as for the 'updating' part, I meant in regards to their WEBMASTER page... not shutting down the site for that reason...

It would be nice if they COULD sell it, but I'm sure there's a legal reason that they're shutting down...

and yes, their email says that their site is going down Jan. 15th - completely! no rebills after that date..

Certainly felt the blow. I had several rebills and they were rebilling for months. I had no doubt their members area was solid. Sad to see them close down just like that, and leaving such short notice to remove the links
