It's just referral based, if you came from google then you get the FPA otherwise you go to the TGP.

He is linked from http://www.nedstatbasic.net/, which was/may be a PR10 (it's PR9 due to the PR fluctuation of the Austin update). That explains why it's so high, and a couple other reasons that I won't get into.

Personally I wouldnt use a script to cloak anymore. mod_rewrite works wonders

Doesn't look like he's redirecting to me... He's most likely using PHP/Perl to dynamically include different ads based on keywords in the s= or search= tag in the HTTP_REFERER variable...

No redirection is happening. It's a different page that is displayed based on referral. So the script runs, sees you're from google and you get the FPA as the /entry/ page. If you're from elsewhere, you get the other page. No redirection is occuring.

can u explain how can u use mod_rewrite instead of a cloaking script?

it can be done REALLY SIMPLE with a simple php/asp etc. script - if the referrer contains ex. google.com, then include the FPA, if not, don't include anything - its not a big deal
