    What do you use to keep your teeth nice and white?

    I always brush with Bevery Hills Natural White Formula low abrasion toothpaste. The teeth are nice and white, but I'm sure they could stand to be much better.

    I don't want to have them done at the dentist, although I do have a checkup & de-scale/polish every 12 months.

    What do you guys use?

      I scrub them really well with steel wool, apply a coat of gray primer, then a thick layer of Sears Hi-Gloss white latex house paint.
      Sleep well, and dream of large women.

                                  Use an electric brush, this whitens a lot better than regular toothbrushes (Crest makes one that "supposedly whitens" and use Rembrandt toothpaste, Kind of expensive for toothpaste but really whitens, and I also use Crest white strips but those fuckers hurt like a BITCH! I am willing to suffer for beauty but those things make my teeth sooo sensitive and gave me headache so bad I had to take 2 Tylenol and I couldn't sleep all night... It hurt so bad I almost cried, it feels like someone scratching your teeth...

                                  I also plan on getting my teeth lasered. My teeth already ARE white (to the average person, but I don't want "average" normal people white, I want HOLLYWOOD CELEBRITY WHITE) and I brush like 3 times a day, but I want them so white they look fake! I want them "hollywood white" like Jessica Simpson's teeth and Britney's and there's no way they can look THAT white without some professional whitening, but I heard the pain is EXCRUCIATING....

                                  I am so vain, I will do suffer for my teeth... I also need to get Invisalign, I think my wisdome teeth screwed up my teeth a lot and they are misaligned... And after that some bonding and veneers for that "hollywood" teeth look...

                                  After I get that fixed I will be the bomb! lol

                                                                                  mix Hydrogen Perioxide with water (50/50 of each), swish around in mouth for 2 mins (or until it gets too foamy to swish..)

                                                                                  then i brush my teeth with CREST Dual Action Whitneing toothpaste for 3 mins. then rinse.


                                                                                  been doing this since i was 14-never ONCE had a cavity or any other problems!!!!!!!

                                                                                              The best thing to do is go to the dentist 2x a year - having your teeth polished delays staining. Also get an electronic sooth brush such as a sonic care or oral b. Lastly you can use crest white strips - put don't put any bleaching products on your gums - they'll get blanched!

                                                                                                                                              funnily enough i was looking into this today. i was surprised to find home tooth whitening kits, exactly the same as the dentists charge £500 in the uk for. you get some gumshields and some gel and just wear the gumshields with gel in for 0.5 hours or something per day for 1-2 weeks. the most amazing thing is the price only £8.99 ($16) on ebay has anyone tried these sort of kits before?

I used Sensodyne along with it but it does not help, I think it makes it WORSE!

                                                                                                                                                                              The crest white strips make my teeth beyond sensitive and the pain is one of the worst I have ever felt! I take a drug cocktail of
                                                                                                                                                                              Aspirin and Ibuprofen BEFORE using the strips and I can still feel it. I could not sleep all night, I kept tossing and turning and was in intense pain. It was one of the WORST pain and sensations I have ever felt, like a shooting sharp jolt and throbbing, like someone was sawing off my nerves.

                                                                                                                                                                              I think I need Vicodin for teeth lasering
