Well according to this great new law enacted by the Bush administration called the Patriot Act (aka privacy be gone) you can file a lawsuit saying he is trying to hurt your business and his ISP will have to give up his information to you. Its irrelevant whether or not you win the case you still get his personal information. This exact scenario was discussed on Screen Savers (Techtv). There is no anonymity on the internet. If you post shit about somebody they can hunt you down and kill you and you can't stop it. Even if you are telling the truth. Blame Bush.
