    extreme paychecks- error in join forms?

    i get page not found when trying to go past PIS form. anyone else?

          all of their sites do that. perhaps they were over 1% and got busted by VISA? anyone has some info?

                      whist we are at it..if you try to log in from the page the sites are listed - http://www.extremepaychecks.com/sitelist.htm - it goes to a 404. Works from other pages though
