Ok, some ramdom fuck who I was trading with decided it was cool to load his tgp with spyware, browser hijackers, etc. Ad-aware can find the shit and removes what it finds but if I open IE, it all comes right back so it is missing something for sure. What do you all use to get rid of this crap when you get hit?

You probably have processes running that adaware couldn't remove. Set it up to run next time you restart, then restart. -

If it's something that keeps coming back, this MIGHT help, go into your "System Configuration Utility" (Click Run, type msconfig, then click on the startup tab). Once you're in there, look for odd ball things running. Be careful not to delete the wrong thing because you'll probably have sound card and video card drivers along other things, but just look under command to get their location. highjackthis (google it) free, small program.
look for odd ball entries, google them, you will find the fixes.
always works for me when adaware and others don't do the trick.
