I personally lost 14 mainstream sites, they completley vanished from my targeted keywords. Now I can only find them if I combine several keywords together.
Damn you Big G!
I don't think that I am going to touch the old sites that vanished, they may come back when google changes something again. Time to get off my ass and start making sites again.

WTF did they do??
Something major. I have noticed the biggest impact on sites where the anchor text for all backlinks is the same.
I think I know what they did ... and it's not just for adult sites either! If I am right then a lot of people will be relearning how to optimise for google.
At least after the Florida update my sites only droped a page or two in the SE results, but now they have completely vanished from relevant keywords. Now they are replaced with mostly irrelevant sites. If it stays like this google is going to loose alot of surfers. I just hope the smoke clears soon so we will know where we stand.
I lost a few of my top spots but gained traffic in other areas, I have kept my average daily income the past 2 days according to my statsremote so hopefully i'll be ok. I am not changing any of my sites for the time being.
I must say they really screwed alot of people who only have one or 2 domains in both adult and mainstream areas.
Actually.. shit.. my favorite domain went from a 6 to a 3 after getting reindexed. Traffic's stable though. Probably just alot of backlinks from other sites dropped out.

I've read some speculation that linking your own sites together that have the same text or layout is being negatively ranked with the new update. Well then how is it that for everyone of my keywords one site comes up #1 now? And it is a subdomain that is linked to about 100 more subdomains of the same site? Doesn't make sense

Some of the best performing sites after this update are linklists like Jay's and they have a lot of inbound links with idential anchor text as well as massive internal cross linking, so I don't think thats entirely true.
