Actually, looking at the backlinks, most of them don't seem all that spammy. What have you seen that makes it seem like blackhat techniques?

David used to be the owner. I trade some traffic with him including the site I'm working on now with a similar name/style. the traffic is high quality to say the least, and his site has been around for 4+ years.

I've been visting that site for a vevy very long time. Me and a buddy of mine were going to start a site like that but it never launched even had the domain and design.

I didn't click on all of them, a lot of blog spam and unrealated links. My the serps on would say that a lot of these pages are dynamicly delivered. In some cases I see a lot of C-CLASS redirects. There's a cloaked page or two in there amd the is HEAVY subdomain interlinking.

This site will do well for another update or two then it will get banned.

The guy who owns it is named Jack....he recently stopped updating the page and gave the duty to Don, not sure if it changed ownership.

Looks like a way to get some extra google traffic. Check the source, it's a frame to your site for browsers that support it, and a bunch of links to his other subdomains in the NOFRAME area.

I'd be pretty pissed if my paysite was opened in a frame like this, since people might bookmark the wrong address, or have extra things like timed consoles flying up at them... put in some frame breaker code, problem solved.
