If it's something that keeps coming back, this MIGHT help, go into your "System Configuration Utility" (Click Run, type msconfig, then click on the startup tab). Once you're in there, look for odd ball things running. Be careful not to delete the wrong thing because you'll probably have sound card and video card drivers along other things, but just look under command to get their location. If it's a program file with some strange location, then it's probably spyware.
