It doesn't matter if your mail is single, double opt in or the popes personnal email, if some idiot reports it as spam to any of the idiot anti's like spamhaus, spews, spamcop etc.... then you will be listed on their spam lists period. In most cases it is also impossible to be removed off the Idiot lists once listed. It's a fact unfortunately.
