You only get paid on English language clicks. What browser language do you have your browser set to?

Found out that using right-click, or middle-click (Mozilla) doesn't work, only a pure click. Is this correct (smart technique)?

IE = NL (no clicks counted)
Firefox = EN (clicks counted, except right/middle-click)
