I have prolonged 3 domains at this month.
At January, 23 my prolonged domains are holded without ANY notification.
What is the reason ? What the fuck are going ???

I have wrote 3 letters but have no answer still...

Some of my partners have the same problem too.

Yep... this guys are bastards.... i've registered several domains there and I was disappointed with this service... I've transfered all my domains to the other registrator...

There ticket-service works badly... they will answer you in a week or more... If you have any problems you can't solve them quickly!

They dont want you to sign up, they dont want your money.

They would rather you go somewhere else. They are trying to give you a message.

Unless you plan on sending them some inside cash, then dont sign up with them.

Thats bullshit since i have over 40 names with them at this very moment and had well over 80 domains there until last year. So let me say that other then the fact they dont work on weekends i have been a very satisfied customer for over 3 years. During "normal business hours" i have answers very quickly to anything i ask or request of them. Most adult webmasters fail to understand that most normal companies in the US which sell goods or services do not work 24/7.

Furthermore i had far worse service from godaddy and that is why i decided to keep all my names with the one who actually charges more when i renew them. But maybe if you dont act like a dick and call them bastards they might work a little faster for you as they do for me.
