                          Okay, just got an update on the pic.. a friend of mine sent it to me, and she just imed me explaining it...

                          their physics class had to build boats out of cardboard, skotch tap, and saran wrap.. after that, they went to the LSU lakes right off of campus to see which boats worked lol
