Webair, joke of the year

About a month ago I signed up with webair to promote a new site.
They had just been named webhostingcompany of the year so I expected some quality here. I geuss not. Webair has been nothing but trouble for me so far.
In my first week I could not get my website in the air. After a lot of discussions with their technival staff (are you sure you made an indexpage???) they came to the conclusion that because of a human error their was a wrong ip number attached. Some more days and nothing changed so again they changed the ip number. Geuss it was a second human error. Ok..thing went well for a week and then I started seeing 404 errors when visiting my page...and so did the tgp's visiting my galleries. Now I am getting irritated. Called it the helpdesk. First they claimed everything was looking allright for them. I kept protesting but they could not finf any problem. I tried by mail and they kept telling me that the problem was solved. It was not offcourse. Now I just visited my website and I see a page that is not mine at all but somebody else's....looks like my website has been hijacked???

You sir are a liar. There is ZERO way that could happen. Webair have PHONED me at home in England when I didn't reply back to an email they sent to see if everything way ok so I don't believe you for a second.

Your first post being a bash on a company means you have no credibility.

Webair are quality guys.

Have you contacted Mike on ICQ?

Really strange to read something like this. I have a server with webair. 274 days of uptime, and 274 days of no problems at all.

we host with webair too.. hell mike has been in bed asleep when i have called him. they have always taken care of any issues that have popped up ASAP and done very professionally in the process.

i think this guy is baked..

dang bunch of trouble causers usin new names...

webtickets.scam is a RIPPOFF and they can kiss my

Yes I did try to reach him. Three times on three seperate times. The first two times he did not respond. Today he responded like three messages and then I stopped hearing from him.
I know Mike has solved a lot of problems like this so that is why I contacted him. I was not able to get some action into my problem so I resorted to this measure. Posting it on a board.

we have dealt with mike and sagi for about 4 years now.. we have of course tried others b4 webair.. we were not impressed. mike and sagi and the whole crew will pretty much stand on their heads to help someone...
i remember once or twice talking to mike while he was in vegas...and he actually had to leave the tables.. and goto his room to help me.. he did it.. middle of the night.. never complained.. never gave me any shit at all.. well ok.. the usual mike shit lol but if ya know mike.. u kinda look forward to that part lol
