needs a lot of work. more defined eyes... shoes look they were Kmart rejects. lines are way to thin... much more definition and line thickness would help.Comment

Being a "Cartoonist" is not like being a cashier at McDonald's. You can't "Train" someone to be a cartoonist, it is something that is part of their inherent talent as an artist. Either they've spent years perfecting their techniques, or they are simply "doodlers". If you are going to hire a cartoonist, maybe look for someone who has a cartoon portfolio of top notch quality. definately check out xxxoutsourcing they can do one toon logo you don't have to hire the designer for the month. They did the howard toon that i got made for howardforpresident.com that jennie posted above it came out great. They do quality work simple as that, your gonna get what you want if you use them.
