yeah, i know what you mean. my girlfriend has worked with carbon in the past, and i think she'd be interested/good for this position, but she doesn't have the experience required.

Your best advice sucks. Many people hate Pimpdog, BradShaw, Serge Oprano, etc. yet they all seem to be doing quite well in the business.

Publicity, a strong brand and a solid reputation are the most important things in the industry.
