Sarma from Pimpvision.com - stolen templates?

    You be the judge...

    In his http://www.pimpvision.com portfolio:

    http://www.undermuza.com/

Should I post the URL to the bought template this is ripped from?

    Of course I will

        Original template at templatemonster.

Site that appears in Pimpvision.com's portfolio.

Looking through that portfolio, the standard isn't even constant. But like I said, judge for yourself.

Why do you say it's stolen? Maybe the client bought that template and wanted it modified.

Don't be too quick to judge.

Sorry but no. This is the portfolio of the guy who did the original template. Goes by a few names, but I've seen him selling stuff everywhere with versions of "nick" in his title.

              http://www.templatemonster.com/category.php?author=41

Vastly different styles and abilities, just comparing pimpvision's portfolio to these samples, they're not done by the same person.

              But, whatever

If he paid the liscense to templatemonster for this template, its not stolen in any case btw

you dont have better thing to do than check ppl who modify templatemonster stuff for themself ?

...and pass it off on a portfolio as their own work. Yup, and I will continue to call people out who do this.

And as for having something better to do, I'm on my coffee break

Posting it in his portfolio without any note saying "modified with bought template from xxxx.com for xxxx.com" is depicting ownership in my eyes.

                      Ah well.

                          hm not a bad idea
clients pay people hundreds of bucks for original work
designer just bought template and modify it
                          and everyone seems happy
untill the client will see several sites with such design in the net and realize that he was fucked up

                          million dollars for paysite design

That was couple of years ago when i was 16 or so A friend told me about the idea selling templates, redesigning them etc.

But i don't do that stuff anymore. But there are a lot of sites that are making real profit out of it. In my country there is a one guy that makes the same thing i did but his prices are 500$+ I only changed that template and got 75$. And they sold over 20+ sites, but i sold 1.

I was just young and dumb, so railz you can stop jerking off on my portfolio or you can make me do something for you so i can build it up a little.
I make up to $175 per sale, how about you? -> MoreNiche.com
