However, if you get into trouble for some other reason and the police search your computer and find an image like that, I highly doubt they will charge you with possession of CP. It would be obvious that you are not a collector. People into that shit usually have gigs worth of it on their HDs.

                                                              That said, it's probably better to get rid of it if you can.

                                                                  Search for Mike Bernard and see what was done to his business and family for 5 thumbnails (not the full images) in his browser cache.
