I saved that page to my hd and checked it. I couldnt find any affiliate links, thats why i assumed the site was copied.

I dont think he gets it guys,

In english; The sites look similar because they are both your sites, the guy who has ripped your site is using a frame to display your page. Try right clicking on one of the pics on his site and see where it is coming from.

Not really any reason to contact him is there? He's just redirecting a domain name directly to your site.... sending you traffic through your affiliate program. What's wrong with that?
