Im one of the PSW refugees.

Im located in Australia - so prefer someone I can do business with where I dont have to pay the $750US fee if it still exists ?

Do I need to pay that if I go to CCBill being outside of the US ?

We use

Verotel</a> as our billing provider. You don't have you incorporate to US like
with epoch you have to and doesn't have to pay 750$ visa fee. Verotel is located
in Europe and doens't have to follow Visa US rules. One more thing, verotel
scrubs way lot less than CCbill. Enjoy.

Epoch ? has stopped processing with European clients.

For me Ibill ? the best because it has sensitive support, clear statistic and the main point ? it?s very stable.
