Logo contest $80

I've tried going person to person to see what they can do but so far I havent found what i am looking for. THe people who has tried to make a logo for me are good, but its not what I need.

I need something that can be put on merchandise. (t-shirts, cd covers, etc.)

I need more then just text. I want something really sexy and edgy.

You might wanna read other contests first posts, i.e we need more details - size, colours, text, URL, site name, image theme, file format....

I wont be entering after the last guy fucked us all over after he "did not like any of the designs" and "made one himself" - that just pissed me right off, so if your gonna run a contest, make sure you actually do pick a winner.

lol im sorry you got burned but I never have and never will do that to anyone.

Im not sure about size. Thats why I said it will be on t-shirts and stuff. I figured that would give the designer a good idea of what size it should be.

I dont have a preference when it comes to colors. I like to see what people cpme up with.

The text on it should say Heather Hamptons or HeatherHamptons.com

Youguys are the pro's at this. You should know what to do.

Printable Design logo for various products.
Alot to consider in such things and it exceeds the value of $150.00

No definate time set on the contest.
In otherwords she is running a promotional campaign for herself at the expense of designers labor.

The guise of a designer promoting himself in these contests is a farce. The designer is not getting recognition, he is building a brand identity for $150.00 with no promises. These contests are not a promotion for the designers they are a promotion for the contest provider.

How much does it cost to run an ad campaign on a popular board? Way the fuck more then 150.00!

I go pretty cheap myself on doing design but thats with a promised commission for the work.

Now alot of designrs will not step up and be vocal like I am, and I can not blame them, they threaten there own lively hood by speaking out while soliciting for work.

Without a doubt I am taking the bullet for being vocal and they can capitalise on me being out spoken and gradually increasing there rates as there value is realised.

So I really do not give a fuck for the time being, I just wanna start seeing designers know there worth.

The only reason that U havent hired someone is because I have tried that. I've contact a couple people and they just arent doing it for me. I wanna see a variety of talent at once instead of going person to person to person.

Yes that is true, but I also understand that the samples I am viewing are scaled down not only in size but quality. This is to prevent people from using them without paying.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
