Actually that doesn't mean that ePassporte is down. It's more common that you probably realize for companies to deny ping and tracert responses from their servers, as a matter of fact at least one very large host does that for themselves and a good portion of their clients. I just did a tracert on them and it hit the timeouts, but their site loads fine.

ePassporte.com is loading fine and working here for me, has been all day, so I'm sure this is just an issue where something was probably changed and it's not completely propagated yet.
