They are expanding somewhat.. They just don't want to advertise and have all these little piddly folks with two galleries looking for the cheapest in hosting harassing them, you know what I mean? They are a big company with REAL tech support, amazing redundancy and great prices, but if they are inundated with garbage, they would pull out in a heartbeat. I have been in this business for 6 years. In that time I've tried more hosting companies than I care to count.
But the company I am with now is the best I have EVER been with. I like them because:
1. Customer service is BLAZINGLY fast. 24 hours a day. I submit a work ticket and it is COMPLETED in 10 minutes or less.
2. My servers are fast. This is damn good bandwidth.
3. I can't remember ever having any downtime.
4. They never say "no". Example: "Could you help me... (insert whatever it is I need to do here". Answer: "done!"
The company is the BEST EVER. I've had other companies (one of them on the list you have in your poll) offer to host me for $300 per month LESS and I turned them down because I am so happy with my host.
