Australian Webmaster Gathering

Marie and I have just got back from the Gold Coast and the Australian Webmaster gathering and we have only one thing to say ...

WOW!!!!

It was a great time for networking and a great time for learning how the industry is for others.

If you missed it then you missed out on an oppportunity to make deals and do the biz with other Aussie webmasters.

Teen Angel - you did a great job organising the day and the sponsors who helped support the event were wonderful too!

Next time can we have a venue that makes better coffee please?

Teen-Angel,

With the new AWI being the first ever Australian Webmaster Industry convention that I have ever attended I have to say a big thank you for bringing together many people who I already correspond with but also who I will possibly be doing business with in the future.

The weekend, even though I know how long it took to prepare, was a great success, as I'm sure most will agree.

And if anyone is looking for great designs, the blonde chick in the short skirt and heels, Teen-Angel is the girl to see

It was great meeting everyone who attended and putting names to faces was quite an experience

Hi people,

I'm still on the gold coast, in some $2 cyber cafe on the main strip.

The gathering was awesome, I meet some really interesting people and struck some nice business deals with other programmers and traffic guys. In all it was a great success.

Quick thanks to Rikki for making this happen, as CJ said at the gathering -- it's a big job to get 60+ people to 1 place to talk about issues to related to our industry... so Thanks Teen Angel. :D

I will say all my full "thank you's" when I get back to Sydney, still got 2 more full days on the GC then return to Sydney.

Also a big thanks to Kevin (AWW) and Bake for driving me around and coffes.

I think I also gave away some script to gathering members, so If I did hit me up. :D

I got some photos, not too many of the gathering but of the city itself so those that never see GC before know what they missed.

Great meeting everyone at the conference, hitting up the Crazy Horse was definately the highlite of the nite. Props Mr. Yellow

Crazy Horse was run and lots of nice girls, some girl even managed to shoot one of the blonde girls the day before there. Maybe someone knows who that is? Can't be to many guys doing a "doctors niche" on the gold coast. Speak up dude. :D
