I took the squid out of the freezer tonight, 14 months later; thawed it in the sink and cut it up.
That's some nasty brown shit in these MoFo's!!
(the f**kin sink overflowed and I had 1/4inch of water all over the kitchen floor, cause I don't give a shit and left the water runing)
It smelled like hell!
It looked like shit!
It was slimy as fuck!
I threw out the guts and sliced it up. Used a soy sauce marinade(for 2 minutes; I aint no fucking chef) and then a flour batter and deep fried that summagun up!
It was a little tough to chew but I ate every damn piece!
That's why I'm fucking BRAVE!!!!!
PS: Does anyone know how to make calamari tender???
if so then please tell me before I fucking die from eating this year old shit. I only have hours to live.
