Peoples sexual preferences are very likely reflecting their memory of the first sexual encounter they had. This could of been when they first saw girls as sexual. Likely to have been at school around the ages of 13/14, girls of this age do not have tatooos.
Plus if you are selling to people over 21 remember girls did not have tatoos 7-8 years ago.
However as time progreses and more men start to accept tatoos the problem will disappear and they will become accepted by this kind of buyer. More men will start to associate tatoos with the first girl to arouse them.
Or it can be a lack of self confidence in their own sexual ability or personality, tatoos scream independence and confidence from a woman and not going to please this kind of buyer.
