There are two ways. The first is to sell it, but you can only sell it once, so you better get a lot of money. The second way is on the traffic. I would guess it's an equal split of people looking for cookers and tobacco products. If he has good type-in traffic, that domain will just sit there and make money forever.

You need to change your front page, get a better logo, make the enter button bigger if you want to use a warning page, and put some ads on there.

Some of your type-in traffic is looking for cooking smokers - find some way to make money on them or they will just leave.
