So yes, when the Paycom servers are having trouble, it's sometimes possible the ePassporte online services will have it as well.
However, the Electron card functionality is still available and working without a problem, I've used my card today about a half dozen times without a problem anywhere. And funny enough, my ePassporte card approvals at retail stores were lightning fast today.
