                                                  ePassporte and Epoch are two different companies, with different owners. Marketing, back end services and some support work is contracted through Paycom/Epoch and some of it is done by other outside agencies.

                                                  So yes, when the Paycom servers are having trouble, it's sometimes possible the ePassporte online services will have it as well.

                                                  However, the Electron card functionality is still available and working without a problem, I've used my card today about a half dozen times without a problem anywhere. And funny enough, my ePassporte card approvals at retail stores were lightning fast today.
