I use it on a couple sites and it works well if youwant to just toss up either a quickie or full on self managed TGP... Only thing I would ask personally is a smaller % and I would prob convert my others also...

we are working on the text part now, actually it is possible but requires a little knowledge from the user, so Boldy is in the lab now cooking up an easy operable system for all to use. we should be done with that soon.. He is working on our paysites right now, anyone know a way we can clone that fucker?

I like the idea of a built in trade script too, we are gonna do something like that for our members...

How about a pay per month option for those who don't even like smaller skimmings?

If it's a big deal then don't worry about it... I already have the server version of Comus and don't plan on switching. I just wanted to check it out and see if there's any benefit to implementing it as well and maybe somehow complementing each other.

set up some new ones on www.remotethumbs.com and see how they compare, we have had several people with exsisting and similiar situations do this, and they were quite pleased....

ok i am going to list some of the features comus has that we already have:

Thumbs can be any size and dimensions. rectangles or squares, tall or wide (this one we don´t have but it is not too necessary due to trade thumb standards but if you need it let us know)

although we are not a tradescript we will come up with our own solution but as of now there are 3rd party tradescripts that do all this that can be used with RT

the other features are not relevant at this point because we do not take submissions from other webmasters. we may develop a submission part but again why risk having cheaters when you can have content with sponsor galleries that make you money. the amount of traffic a gallery may bring a tgp is not big enough to justify all the headaches it may give.

we have talked about this with several of our high profile tgp custumers and between partners and we have reached the conclusion that unless you have a 100k tgp or several tgps that amount to at least 100k a day this is not a viable option.

we are actually helping the gallery builders graduate in to their own traffic sources, and still have access to a good marketplace, this enables them to actually make not only a commission from there work but be the owner of there work, and reap all the rewards....

if you can build 20 galleries a day, you could build 20 tgp's of your own a day with www.remotethumbs.com and littereally build your own recurring traffic, and still get the same benifites....

the only one getting fucked here is the cheaters...
