I once bought a tape and seriously tried it. Couldn't stop giggling though, the guy had me in stitches every time. Maybe he was just very bad, dunno, but it didn't work for me at all.

all I can say is what worked for me...

found out I was going to be a father, and that I would like to be around to see them graduate from HS at a minimum....

and that I'd like to be physically fit to enjoy them as they grew....

took me a few nic patches and a few slips...but a few years later and I can tell you the worst was the first few days....then the first few weeks....after that it was NOTHING....

well, for me it was nothing...

good reason + patches = worked for me....

After 30+ years of involvement with hypnosis, I can assure you it does work..

As for hypno-cassettes.. they're a waste of money..

Hypnosis requires a controlled environment..
