This is California and any court room would say her employer did nothing to stop the harassment, if he didnt ban pimpdog.
GFY is a liability for Lensman, especially with degrading comments towards any female employee. hopefully things stay cool.

It is silly. I think most of the women here are capable of handling themselves and most women here are smart enough to know the GFY plays out.... but oh well.....
