A black 18 year old high school senior with a 3.96 GPA also had a full scholorship to a big college had sex with a 16 year old white girl. She said it was rape, the court ruled in was consensual sex. But they still slapped him with a "Child Molestation Charge". Thats crazy how an 18 year old high school student gets charge with statuatory rape of a 16 year old.
