Who did the engine and transmission mods? No stock E46, SMG or manual, has gearing anywhere close to what you are claiming.
I am unaware of any street car in the world that will go 140KPH in 1st gear, let alone a high revving 3.2L.
If you are so sure of yourself, do it again and take pictures to show proof. Otherwise take your bullshit somewhere else.

I still have my M Roadster myself. (faster than an M3 but no longer made) and it wont go 140 in first gear. Nuff said...
