The only way you'll see 140KPH on the speedometer while in 1st is if you're on wet pavement, drop the clutch and get only one tire to spin. Even then, it's not "easy", and you're certainly not GOING 140KPH.
You'd need to rev the engine to at least 19,000 RPM to get 140KPH in 1st gear. Good luck putting a F1 engine in there.
