I have a severe medical condition & in need of help :(
I've just been diagnosed with a severe kidney problem, i have kidney stones & for some reason they are not working correctly. I've spent the past 2 days in the hosptial & am finally home until more results can be called into me & a course of action decided.
I'm in relentless sever pain & bed ridden for an undisclsoed perioid of time. I do have medical insurance, but they do not cover certain tests & treatments that i will have to get.
I will also be unable to work for a long period of time as i've been instrcuted to stay in bed, drink nothing but water & stay away from any stress or pyhsical activities. I make my money in this industry from day to day from the work i put into it every day, so by not working my cash flow ceases, with the exception of my rebilling customers at gspot, i have no means right now of financial support.
These medical tests & treatments i am recieving are very costly & have alreadly drained my bank account, i may well lose my car & ruin my credit, my parents have been very supportive but are financially strapped as well.
I have never before & never again will ask for support from my friends here at the GFY community. But any type of donation that you could make would mean the world to me during these trying times.

I make this request to you as a broken man, i cannot even begin to express my pain & shame in asking for help, but i have no other choice as my family has helped as much as they can. When i get well i will pay you back every cent, or do for you anything i can.
