Quite frankly Matt, what goes on there is no one's business but those that are there. As for the rosy picture, I've known Marc since the days of 25 sales a day, and what he's accomplished (with a lot of peoples help, as he is fond of pointing out) is incredible. My point to you is that it's very bad form to make negative comments about your former employer, especially in public, since anyone reading that will be very wary of hiring you since they would expect the same treatment if you were no longer working with them.
