The whole moncton area is booming, it's rediculous. Malls popping up where back yards once were. If you buy out this way, go where it's still thick forest so you at least still have a abck yard in 20 years.

Ahhhh... you're right. It is Memramcook. For some reason I got Dieppe stuck in my head... probably cuz of the water tower and the signs.
