Has your epassporte ever been declined at an online merchant?

Have you ever tried to buy something from an online merchant, but your epassporte card was declined even though you had enough money to cover the transaction?

Yeppers - and i was told they don't have a daily limit to withdraw, but i find they do.
I was then told it was the bank that limits it, so i tried another bank.
    Can't withdraw.

I'm talking about online merchants, not ATMs

Not much with online merchants, but their processing has to be up-to-date. All info has to match: name, card number, expiration date, address (pretty sure about that) and cvv2 number.

If the form doesn't have spaces for all that, it usually won't work. They try to make it as secure as possible.

" Without giving too much away about our processes, you have an address in WA state, the IP address of the computer used to place the order traced to LA state, and the credit card issuing bank is based in St Kitts and Nevis. When the country of the registrant and the country of the card issuing bank don't match it is an automatic rejection. "
