there is no liquor store in Dieppe with a gas station attached to it. you are thinking of the one in Memramcook, just about 15 mins outside of Dieppe. My gf is from Memramcook. Whacky bunch of people down there.
The whole moncton area is booming, it's rediculous. Malls popping up where back yards once were. If you buy out this way, go where it's still thick forest so you at least still have a abck yard in 20 years.
