I was sold an expensive cellphone (bought it outright, not on a plan) and was pretty pissed off to find that half the accessories were already opened, and someone had filled out the warranty card.

I took it back 10 minutes after I purchased it. The manager looked pissed too, made me sign some piece of paper to say I had received the goods. Fuck that: I paid RRP, I expect new goods. He has no right to be pissed.

I made sure I checked that the ID numbers on the box and the handset label matched up before I signed, just in case they'd swapped the used handset into a box with new accessories.
